Concert ticket is free of charge.

Concert ticket is not eligible for resale.

Concert ticket is limited to one ticket per HKID holder.

If tickets were sold under the same HKID, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the whole ticket reservation and the ticket will be sold again to the public.​ ​

If you reserved more than one ticket, please check your e-mail inbox from Indonesia Week HK 2024 Organisers.

The name used for ticket reservation must correspond with HKID.

Ticket exchange can not be represented by anyone other than the ticket holder.

Please note the designated exchange date and place for the respective ticket sales wave.

If ticket is not exchanged at the designated date and place, the ticket reservation is considered non-valid.

Without the office wristband, the audience may not enter the concert area on 3 November 2024.
